Delegate Pushkin moves to amend the bill on page fifteen, section one, lines twenty-four through twenty-six, by striking out the provisions of subsection (e) in its entirety, and inserting in lieu thereof the following as a new subsection (e):

“(e)  Expiration. — An During the first two years of the program, beginning on April 1, 2020 through July 1, 2022, the initial identification cards issued to patients or caregivers will expire two years from the date of issuance.  Thereafter, the identification card of a patient or caregiver shall expire within one year from the date of issuance, upon the death of the patient, or as otherwise provided in this section.”
